We were thrilled to find a fridge and all the necessary plates and cutlery in the room, making our stay even more convenient. The toilet was excellent, complete with a hot shower and great water pressure. The location was a dream, with just a 15-minute walk to the illuminated lake along a charming footpath. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay, and the beautiful surroundings only enhanced the experience. A nearby supermarket, just a 3-minute walk away, ensured we had a delightful morning stroll for breakfast essentials, and the bakery lady there warmed our hearts with her friendly demeanor. The close proximity to the lake allowed us to leisurely explore the stunning landscape on foot, avoiding the need to drive. The only small note to mention is that finding the location without using Google Maps can be challenging, as it is tucked away on a small street. However, with the provided coordinates, it's a breeze. This guest house offers a truly homely experience, nestled in a picturesque village near the mountains. The host was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond by giving us a lift to the bus station before a heavy rainstorm. Just be prepared for the mischievous cats that love to playfully startle guests! We highly recommend this hidden gem to all travelers who seek an unforgettable experience.

I stayed here before, always spotless and wonderful rooms with balcony. Location: the hotel was so close to a shop and restaurants as well as the walking trails to the lake.

The location near the lake was convenient, and Stara Fuzina district was interesting to explore, I loved the spacious room with a nice bathroom and comfy bed and pillows.

Clean rooms with a balcony view of the mountains surrounding the lake 🏞️. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening. Great spot for a short stay!

This place has a great location, being just off the mountains, close to Bohinj lake, the bus stop, grocery store.

Guest House Znidar exceeded my expectations in terms of its database. The information provided on the nearby ski resort Vogel was extremely useful. I was aware that it is a small resort with only 17 tracks, but the database made it clear that the upper lifts are often closed due to bad weather conditions. This helped me plan my activities accordingly and saved me from disappointment.

Admittedly, there was one minor drawback that I encountered during my stay. The database mentioned that Vogel ski resort may not be suitable for those who seek a broad variety of slopes.
